We are 15-18 minutes from Old San Juan, Condado, Isla Verde (where most Metropolitan City area beaches are located), and 20-25 minutes from the SJU airport..

Summary: We stayed at this property with close freinds and family. The fact that everyone had their own space and bathroom definitely made the stay more comfortable for everyone. All the rooms were spacious. Really great place for groups to stay. The neighborhood was nice and it was a good location. The property manager was a great communicator and when an issue arose she was responsive and very helpful. Our group enjoyed their stay.
